Purchased items on Ebay from Allstar Wholesales in Pomona. Very disappointed customer. If I could give them a 0 star rating, I would. Not only did they screw up my order completely by sending me the wrong items, but they are holding my items as hostage until I sent back the items they sent me in error. Incredible! I never ordered them in the first place and have no use for them. Why would any company hold up a customer's order when it was in their error in the first place? By the time I get my order, It will be over 2 weeks since I initially purchased these items from them. And they are a local. They've had my money all this time. Words cannot express my dissatisfaction. I should've read their reviews before I ordered. Many unhappy customers on Ebay. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Beware of purchasing from Allstar Wholesales. The customer service is just terrible. The local BBB has them at an "F" Rating for not answering or rectifying 3 customer complaints. Like I said - BEWARE!!!

Got a sweet deal on a vaporizer here a few years ago. Was having problems recently and they exchanged it for a new one without giving any guff about it. I approve.

I called in about one of their items on Ebay, the lady who answered my questions, and was very polite and helpful. I will do the purchase in the store.
