They consistently checked with us to see if we needed anything during our rental in Palm Desert and were quick to respond to all our questions regarding the house. They made our experience seamless and delightful.

From start to finish our experience with ADE was amazing. A video tour of the property was provided so that we could determine if it was right for us. Then it was all systems go Tony walked us through each step beginning with the lease and deposit. In nine years of renting in Palm Springs this was the best experience ever! All due dates for payment were explained and the lease contract was provided Prior to our arrival, Tony assured us he would be there to welcome us and show us the property and explain everything we needed to know for our stay. And he was! Ready and waiting for us along with a welcome basket of delicious food, snacks, and a bottle of wine. I have never felt so well cared for, He assured us that if we needed anything he would take care of it, and he did on a few occasions It was so comforting to know that any issues would be dealt with promptly and courteously. I can't wait for our next visit and will definitely recommend Tony to anyone who would like to rent a vacation property in the Palm Springs area. Five star service at a five star location. Who could ask for anything more?
