The lovely and very compelling Sierra talked me into changing providers from Xfinity today. She was a pitch perfect mix of product knowledge, incentive knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. It was impossible to say no! What a delight!

My experience was awesome. Yavelyn was super friendly and patient with helping us make the switch over to At & T. She was super helpful. I wish all the sales folks are like this. They need to clone her.

Update*** I forgot how to do the rebate, went back and Yavelyn was super nice and helpful, now I gotta go to the store and get this phone in so I can get the rebate!! Love this store, thanks y'all!
