I needed to setup several new users and their systems, and I expected it to take days just to get an IT appointment. But instead, Shahiq was instantly available on my schedule, did all the work quickly, and answered all my questions during the process. Ok, so I spent 8 hrs on a report that must be submitted by Midnight and it's now 8:45 PM. The report is late according to my boss and honestly If I did not complete by Midnight my job was on the line. I was working in Word and had many windows open. A page popped up asking if I wanted to save my changes, because it was a new Doc I did not realize there were changes and closed the Doc. Well it was my project! After searching and flipping out I thought to call Shahiq at SYS IT Services. Shahiq/SYS IT Services is the IT Support for my company where I work remotely. SYS IT and Shahiq has been available any time that I reached out for Support so I can keep working. Shahiq/SYS IT Services was able to recover my unsaved Doc and my working career at the same time! We lost our internet and phones on a busy Monday at small primary care office. Nobody could work. Comcast was not helpful. My previous IT person retired and I didn't know what to do. I started cold calling IT places and no one answered or returned my messages (ever actually). Then I reached SYS and spoke with a human who started to trouble shoot with me. I really wanted someone to come on site but he assured me we could figure it out. A couple things here, a couple checks there and he knew what the problem was, a piece of failed hardware.
