Indian Wells Valley Internet

Internet very slow depending how close you are to their towers. They use satellites attached to your building instead of an internet line connected directly to the service. Download speeds for me in buttermilk acres ranged from 5-10mbps download and 5 upload. :(

They are very responsive. They got us new equipment when ours wasn't working right. Good service.

This is terrible internet service. It doesn't work very well at all. The system goes down numerous times a day. Don't know what's wrong but it seems like they have more customers than their system can handle. On top of that, the man there is rude, condencending and arrogant. I am checking out other providers as this provider is terrible.

Honestly I tried to stay with this business but the customer service is straight cold . You are better off using your hot spot on your cell since that's what we would have to resort on the weekends . I wouldn't even be writing this review if the owner we a little bit more considerate ..after 7 years of torture we now have starlink

I have a wireless connection with IWVISP and it's totally saved me. I live just outside Ridgecrest city limits but cant get Mediacom or DSL. So finding this way to get me connected to the internet was very lucky. The price is reasonable, especially compared to satellite providers. The speed good and the data is unlimited. The personal customer support is outstanding, which is very rare in todays businesses. You get a real person who's knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Love them they work with you when you're struggling. Allow you to pay months in advance. Never had internet problems. Best customer service ever.

This is thee worst internet provider...if that's what you would call them. They haven't "provided" anything except a bill to me. They hooked it up and it worked for two seconds and here I am with no internet for days...the guy named Robert calls me and says they're working on it and another day goes by with no internet. If you actually want to go online, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT Give these guys your money.

Great staff but unreliable service. I get throttled every time I try to watch something on netflix. Edit: Be careful about peak hours but in the mornings the speed is good.
