Yesterday i asked if there was vto(voluntery time off) the supervisor NAMED MOR said i need to clock out an that I am not welcomed back to work any more.. he said if I leave i cant come back BUT he FORCED ME TO LEAVE WITH COERCION. TO GET LET GO OF BECAUSE HE ABUSED HIS AUTHORITY IS SAD AN RIDICULOUS THAT SAYS ALOT ABOUT COUPANG. Volt/coupang need yo be audited they fired me now it says i owe for an "overpayment" how can you over pay some one who no longer works for you an also you pay people based off the hours they do WHEN THEY CLOCK IN AND OUT.. THE FACT YOUR COMPANY LIES NOW I ASSUME VOLT AND COUPANG ARE DOING FRAUD AN STEALING MONEY FROM EMPLOYEES FROM UNDER THEM YOU NEED TO GET AUDITED ASAP

Did not take me long to leave after a month. They weren't paying on time and before that it did not concern them how I got my paychecks, they wouldn't tell you when they were closed, they wouldn't Email or call/text changes. The changes to schedules would be written on their board AFTER you came in the day off you had that you weren't apparently supposed to. Would not recommend to another. People there can be friendly, but I was harassed despite doing my best and keeping to myself doing my job.

They expect you to be there all 6 days in a 70-hour shift, with less pay, and let's not forget how they push you to make rate far beyond norm, and even though you have days off they will send each of us a text of demanding Mandatory Extra Time during our days off. Sadly, they do not respect the Holidays and will make us come in to work without any overtime pay. So yeah you do work but will little pay.

I love this company the atmosphere here motivates you to work and they show they care by their wages its been two years working here and my feelings still haven't changed. Enjoying the opportunities I've been given here. Yes there are some things that could be changed but for the most part. I Love It!!!

Just came here today to do a drug test. Woman at the counter immediately gave me a bad vibe. I could tell she didn't want to hire black people, she said my test was inaccurate therefore she refused to hire me. Shady company and business, what a goofy woman.

If I could give no stars I would, this is the worst warehouse to work at and the ladies in the front are HORRIBLE.

Professionals and top-quality products. Extremely clean for a machine shop. Top-quality management with a high level of understanding of what's required of them.

All I can say is grunt work. Picking cotton lol. If your young easy work. Dont be fooled though they are not the next amazon, and you don't have enough money to get into the IPO and you won't get any stock options so miss me with BS, if you work their. Go get a check, while going back to school to work on a Masters degree the idea here. Not a long term build a career type situation. If they keep losing money (operation budget) it will be sold off to another company.
