So far... So GREAT! Our abysmal 6mbps download speed from previous provider was the real joke. Literally stealing from us and that max speed was posted on the monthly bill... Ridiculous. Back and forth with the plans on Astound website and today a rep was at my door to follow up! Was a little taken aback as I was not expecting a house call, but I am glad Jerome came by! He got me 300mbps with a new modem&router for $40/month. First month free... Told me how to wade through until next year with hardware, etc. I'm mad at what we've had, and couldn't be happier with our speeds now. Leaps and bounds better. Jerome was super nice, knowledge and a great chat!!! Don't make me update those stars to anything less Wave/Astound... 'cause right now you are killing it with me. Thank you!

We were very satisfied with the service! The technician was friendly and professional, which is really important. He wore shoe covers, worked efficiently, and got everything done quickly. The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. He was a very pleasant person--polite, attentive, and easy to talk to. Great experience overall, and we highly recommend him!

Adriano was great- worked quickly to transfer my service to a new location, which included running new wires from the pole and getting them inside my house. He was very professional and polite, and his work was very high quality!

The technician, Jun, who came out to install the fiber was very personable and friendly. We discussed the install, our options, and what would be the easiest and cleanest method. Install took a few hours since the fiber line needed to be strung from the street, to the house, and then around to the back where my communication cabinet is. The pricing from Astound is higher than AT&T, but they are all that I can get at my place if I wanted fiber to the home.

We moved into a new home that had Internet and Wi-Fi issues. We had several people that were trying to figure it out, but no one could. Thankfully, Zach did! He did a Good job.

Technician did a fantastic job. Arrived on time, was polite, and effective at solving the problem. He also went above and beyond by noticing our current eero equipment was not correct for the speed we were paying for, and replaced it with the correct units. Very happy with his service.

The installer was excellent. He was professional, courteous and an expert in his craft. He made appropriate modifications to our order to meet our homes needs. He shows that he cares about the customer and his product. Junior is a great representative for Astound.
