Update #2 MIND BLOWN: So get this...it turns out that Revive Ratings has been using my Google page in their sales presentation and claiming that they generated my Google reviews. This is a bold-faced lie and potentially illegal. I don't know how common this type of practice is in their company but this tactic is at the very least unethical as they did not help me generate my reviews. My staff and I did. Anyone that has tried to generate Google reviews knows how difficult it is. Why is a Google review generating company using me as an example when I did not have a good experience or results? Surely, they have examples where they have generated these kinds of results... Unfortunately, Revive Ratings has not been what was sold to me. Despite there being tremendous potential, the functionality is not as comprehensive and polished as it needs to be. I've attempted to communicate and work through the issues that we have been having with their system but they have been largely unresponsive. That has been a huge disappointment. If they put half the effort into service that they put into sales they would have a product that I think could help me grow my business.

Do not hire them. They'll overpromise and underdeliver and then keep charging you while never calling you back. Massive PITA. Edit: Luke finally got back to me within 24 hours of the bad review. Of course, he asked if I ever got my refund. I asked him to check, since he works there, and of course I have never heard back again. That's Luke for you.

I wish I could rate lower than 1 star. Their presentation got us to sign up for their software. The website was NOT integrated at all for ease of use. In order to request a review we would need to type each individual phone number in. (as our system contains private personal information and we can not "upload bulk contacts" After spending money (more than the salesman promised us it would cost) and reaching out multiple times to customer support and then reaching out to cancel service completely, we are still stuck waiting for a reply. Luke Sheppard sold us a lie with his presentation and now their company keeps charging me and not responding to my emails to cancel.

This company has been harassing our agency here in Iowa after repeatedly being asked to stop calling. Now I am in the sales industry and I understand to a degree of being persistent, but continuously calling after being told we aren't interested and also being asked to be removed from the sales call list, is not good business practice! In turn every time this company calls my agency I will also try and sell them my services and see how far we get!... DO NOT USE

I check reviews before I do anything (eat, shop, go to a doctor, etc) so I understood the need for something like this as soon as I learned about it. Some of my friends who are insurance agents started using revive and climbed the Google review list and actually got more calls (and revive sends them reports to prove it). Overall well worth the price.

This company is a scam. Keston had a good sales pitch I will give him that. But since then was told I would be called for onboarding and never was. When I followed up I simply asked for a refund and have been told "we have been trying to reach you to go over why" (I explained why in my email requesting cancellation and a refund) but never received one call/email/voicemail etc from the guy that supposedly was reaching out. It's been over 3 weeks now and still nothing. Scam scam scam. If you're reading this thinking of using their services save your time and money. I wish I would have.

I can't say enough good things about not only Revive and their software but also their costumer service. Luke was so awesome to work with, he made it easy and clear when he set me up. This has already helped my small business to grow from within the first month! THANK YOU!!
