We have been customers of Razzolink (and Redshift) for many years and have always been extremely pleased and satisfied with their customer service. Most recently Ishmael helped me quickly solve a vexing problem with great patience, courtesy and efficiency. I would highly recommend Ishmael and his company for their outstanding service, as well as other technicians there, such as Mike, who have greatly helped us over the years.

Technician Matthew did an excellent and efficient installation of the equipment. He explained how the system works with clear and concise information. When dealing with the Salinas office, Ishmael answered my questions with professionalism and concise answers that were easy to understand. Overall, a great experience, so far.

Had an amazing experience with Ismael. Helped me with my routers issues and didn't hesitate to guide me through the process. He's very knowledgeable and even gave me tips on how to better protect my router from future issues. He definitely goes the extra mile to help people.
