My experience with Regent 5 has been very positive. When we moved to a new house they set up our internet, televisions, cable, and alarm system. They are professional and do the job as promised. Subsequent service on our alarm system has been excellent. They shown up on time, explain what they are doing and make sure the job is completed to my satisfaction before leaving. I highly recommend them.

The Regent5 team is incredible. I'm not the most tech-savvy person, so I love that I can rely on them for all of our AV needs. They helped us set up our WiFi WAP/TV/Cable/Apple TV/Sonos system across our entire home (indoor/outdoor). Anyone that has ever dealt with Sonos and Apple TV knows this is tricky. Their ongoing support is topnotch. They are very responsive via email or phone, they can troubleshoot remotely but also act with speed if I need them in-person. Again, I'm not tech savvy so their willingness to service in-person at the drop of a hat is really important to me! Overall, I'd highly recommend.

What I find most convenient about Regent5 is their breadth of services. They cover everything from electrical services, audio video, smart home automation, to IT and computer support. They've done a lot of work at our place, like fixing and updating the gate access control systems, redoing a lot of the electrical wiring and decorative lighting, home theater system makeovers, and updating our Lutron Radio Ra lighting systems to the latest Lutron Homeworks version. They've also installed landscape sound systems, outdoor TVs, and did a complete overhaul of our WiFi and networking components. On top of that, they put in Lutron motorized shades, integrated our Savant Home Automation system, and gave our landscape and interior lighting a complete LED lighting makeover. The Regent5 team is professional, easy to talk to, and they know their stuff. I highly recommend them without hesitation as a home integration company and electrical contractor.

We worked with Regent when we remodeled and they helped us automate our AV and lighting, as well as upgrade our home security system, allowing us to control our home security and lighting remotely. More recently, we had Regent help us with installing power walls to provide backup power, and they managed the process with PGE and the town of Hillsborough. The team at Regent is knowledgeable, professional and responsive, and we have been happy with the work they have done. When something hasn't worked, they make an effort to fix the issue in a timely manner.

Techs from Regent5 installed a new (replacement) wall-mounted 77" TV and a powered subwoofer in our living room, as well as a new (replacement) 42" TV and soundbar in our bedroom. The installation was done very competently and efficiently, including updating software for the new equipment on our universal remote control.
