Backstage PC

I have known Alex for more than five years, when he was technical support manager for all computer systems at property management company Southern California locations. He has helped me with many issues, large and small from replacement and installing new computer systems, new software upgrades, coordination with my lap top to troubleshooting hardware and software problems, security upgrades, printer issues and more. For my convenience he has provided resolutions either through the remote access to my computers (through Team Viewer) or just came to my locations. He has always been courteous, diligent, timely and dependable, returning my calls and texts every time. Furthermore his charges have always been very reasonable, many times helping me on the phone for no charge for minor issues. Outside of computer services he has also helped me with other problems, like resetting my CD/DVD player. I highly recommend his excellent services of tech installation and support to both, large and small companies and private individuals. It has been pleasure working with Alex Benitez company.

My computer was infected with a type of virus that hid many of my files. Backstage PC was able to undo the changes that were made to my system and recover all my files! So glad I found them. They were very professional and knowledgeable not to mention very patient with me through the process.
