These guys have completely transformed my site. They are responsive, down to Earth and truly dedicated to watching us succeed. Blazonco has done nothing but exemplify what great customer service means. There is not enough praise for the excellent work they have done. For all of the features and everything they offer in terms of features, functionality and support - there is no better deal on the web for a real CMS.

Michael Sterner has definitely improved my view of the entire team, since the recent webinar I had help with many of the issues that can be a tremendous enhancement, to many issues, not just the web page but how it functions in general, as a merchandizing tool. A great deal more to come since my new web page that is greatly improved, over what I had before. He is still working with me to make it better and better as we move along. I am trying out new blogs that can be amazing when they can add very important scientific and product content. Great additions still to come.

I'm an insurance guy (Harbor West Insurance in Mission Viejo) and meet a lot of people. I friend/customer (Pick up Part in Mission Viejo) told me about how awesome these people are and that they changed his whole web site. Now he actually had traffic on his site and people calling him for his services. He worked with Wendy Culver at Blazonco. She walked him through what was going to happen and he said they over delivered. I spoke to Wendy and she told me my site was fine but recommended a few changes. Since then I have sent her a few other people and they are all thrilled with their services.

In trying to get a website started for my company, I was charged $6,189 over 14 months for a website that took over nine months to launch at 25% completion. Also, SEO that should not have started until after the new site was launched and for hosting of a site that was not being accessed/hosted on a public domain. The contract began in October 2012 and has still yet to be completed, and they are still asking for money. In January we requested to stop payments on SEO, yet we continued to be charged. In march 2013 I requested to stop payments on SEO and provide reporting on work completed and results of efforts made. No response. A second request to stop SEO was made in April. in June 2013 a fraction of website was launched in order to meet advertising deadline: 5 pages, no custom programming included. In august I reached out to Wayne, Blazonco's Chief Operations Officer, voicing concern with the project and the lack of work being completed. Wayne halted all work until further notice, since the direction of the site needed to be worked out. We were unable to come to an agreement. My company switched to a different provider and we have still been charged hosting services from Blazonco. The Blazonco team is great! They are both creative and capable and operate with solid processes. Building anyone's website is task full of details and I'm happy to say that no detail fell through the cracks. They were responsive to our input and welcoming when we had ideas and pulled everything together for a website that we truly love. We launched our site in short order and couldn't be more pleased.
