We have been with NDC for at least 17 years and have been very happy with the service. Once we ghtought we were going to be featured on Opera and NDC worked with us to get ready to manage astounding traffic. That didn't happen, but we did get on the back of 13 millon cereal boxes promoting our bed and breakfast books. NDC has been able to accommodate it all.

I own a photography business and I really rely on Shaun to help with my computer needs. Shaun is incredibly knowledgeable! He always solves my computer issues quickly and confidently. When I first got a cPanel license from them they were quick to respond and help. Now it takes up to a week for each response, if they respond at all! They are not worth the trouble.

NDCHost doesn't only provide licensing, their support is amazing. I've had issues with my cPanel maildir to MDBox to maildir migration, tried to solve it myself, deleting stuff I shouldn't and even then they were able to restore all mailboxes and get eveything up and running. My one-stop shop for licensing and support.
