Love Chatmeter! Super helpful team of experts who are always willing to jump in and help when we need it. There are so many great tools to utilize for different business needs and they are great at keeping us updated!

As a multi-brand restaurant marketer that has used Chatmeter and enjoyed the way it streamlined my workflow. I am sorely disappointed in how your manage your clients. It's lack of transparency and dedicated client support to tuck away an auto renewal of a third year off the main contract and in a terms and services link that lives online is poor customer relations at best, and downright unrespectable as a brand at worst. The competition is to high for this to be a sustainable model of client retention.

This tool makes my life 1000x easier. Finding all our reviews in one centralized location is incredibly valuable. The AI and template responses for replying to reviews helps us get those replies in a timely matter and makes our customers feel more valued. I haven't scratched the surface on all the tools available within the platform, but I am wholly impressed after using it for 5 months!
