OMG is right. This place has the worst customer service. I paid my $300 deposit and signed their contract. I filled out their questionnaire and got no response for a couple weeks. I called back today 1 month after my deposit and Corey informed me that they had decided not to do my project since I lost my regular 9 to 5. He placed blame on Leonard and said Leonard should have called me and it had slipped Coreys mind to refund my money. Corey told me they would need more money up front to work on my project since I lost my regular 9 to 5. What a bunch of ish. Now I'm a month behind in my businesses peak summer season. Steer clear of these guys or you'll regret it.

Great team of developers, project managers and account reps. Their team and the work they produced exceeded my best expectations! These guys know how to treat a customer like gold and produce first class websites. Don't think twice about giving them a ring.

They designed two websites and the design process was fine. After the design there were problems and now they won't talk to you and because I didn't choose to put my sites on their server, I can't get ordinary help for issues with the site. Don't count on their ongoing professionalism at all! They claim they don't or won't work on sites designed by other people but when you try to get them to work on the sites they designed they refuse to do it. They take the money and run.

BEWARE!!!! OMG stay away from these guys! They will hold back your business from growing anyway they possibly can! Great at closing the sale, but after that it will take weeks for things that should take hours and months for things that take days and over a year to get things that have been promised to be completed. I CANT EVEN GET THEM TO RUN A PAYMENT TO GET ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT!
