The entire support team at Jungo has always been amazing. The system is set up for the most efficient and effective resolution to my issues. For any quick fixes, they provide quick answers and/or links to training videos for deeper issues, they always schedule time for a one-on-one web meeting. Lauren G. has been especially helpful for an email marketing project that I've been working on. She's alway quick to respond and knows exactly how to resolve my issues - in one quick session. Great company, great service, great SUPPORT!

I'm incredibly impressed with the implementation process. Our deadline was unreasonably short. They made sure to set appropriate expectations, prepare us for the things that might cause delays and managed the project in Basecamp which kept us all on task. Veronica is professional, responsive and exceptionally helpful.
