Lasso MD

We have had a beautiful website and captivating ads designed by Lasso for our dental office. They have been easy to work with and implement suggestions and improvements when necessary. They will take the time to ensure they get it right. They integrate modern and helpful tools to track success. Greg is my go to guy and he seems to understand my high expectations and vision. He is helpful with analytics as well. I would say they go above and beyond for their clients.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Jordan, who coordinated our marketing overhaul, and Edgar, who led our design campaign. As new practice owners, we've never had experience with marketing, and as a result, we had lots of questions and moved slowly through the process. We were met with the utmost patience and expertise. We never felt in the dark or rushed! The team was readily available and superseded our expectations at every turn. We are very grateful for both Jordan and Edgar and look forward to working with them in the long term.

Our office has used Lasso for several years and are happy with the service they provide. I also want to acknowledge our account manager, Greg W. We have monthly check in meetings where he is always informative, offers suggestions and gets any changes we request completed quickly.

Greg is so friendly and easy to work with. He is quick to answer all communications and helps me get things done. We have been happy with our Lasso experience.

Whatever you do, DO NOT sign a contract with this marketing company. We have used their services for about 4 years now and their performance hasdcontinues to decline. They started off OK at the beginning but once we were an established client, they have ghosted us. When our marketing ROI numbers dipped 27 % in one year, we decided to move to another company and advised them of our decision to move on. They now have an automatic renewal policy which we were unaware of. When we contacted them to stop, we were a month past the auto-renewal. In order to get out of the plan, we have to pay penalties totaling almost $20,000. It was not until we decided to move on that they suddenly showed interest. They admitted that their ability to service their customers had dropped over the past year or so but they still want to strong arm us to keep paying them. In all of my years in practice, I've never seen such unprofessional behavior by a vendor. (To be clear, I have never written a bad review before so this is not something that i do to get out of paying for services.) Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. There are plenty of other reputable marketing companies.
