Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Dimas by IHG

This is our second stay at this location. It is well located in San Dimas near the freeway and shopping centers. Upon arrival, we immediately commented on how beautiful the outside of the hotel is, with the inside is just as lovely and clean. Our room was large and had in-room amenities (micro, fridge, Keurig). We did not use the pool, but it looked clean and well-maintained. The full breakfast was a great addition, with many choices and good food.

Front desk staff greeted us right away. She was kind and friendly. The room was wonderful. The beds were super comfortable and we slept really well. Bathroom was nice. I was surprised to see big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. That was a nice surprise to see. Even tho the hotel was under renovations it was still a pleasant stay. Breakfast was wonderful.

Convenient location, wonderful staff. Super clean and comfortable. It is being renovated right now so it will only get nicer I imagine. My room was (king suite) was huge! Great water pressure for the shower. Breakfast each morning was delicious. Highly recommend if in the area for your stay

Love this location in the quaint city of San Dimas. From the creative lighting of the exterior to the friendly pool/jacuzzi, everything about this hotel makes you feel welcome. The rooms are simple yet efficient. They are clean and cozy. Look forward to staying there again and again

This hotel was a great value. Our room was spacious and comforatable. 'The breakfast very good and had lots to choose from. The spa was great. The front desk staff was very helpful and so very nice.

Our stay was very relaxing. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and roomy, but very cozy. Our daughter was scheduled for surgery to remove cancer at City of Hope, even though we were very stressed, we were able to get a good night's sleep and wake up relaxed and able to face the day. Thank you for making our evening a pleasant and restful one.

Felt very safe and secure staying here. It is also less than a mile from the job site. The staff is fantastic. Felt like I was staying with family. Parking was a bit of an issue. Most of the spaces were full so we had to walk quite a ways to get to the room and having a bad knee made it a little challenging. The staff did offer to help in any way they could.

I stay in this hotel once a month & have for the past 5 years. It is amazing along with every staff & management. They welcome me & always which room I would like to stay in during my stay. Breakfast is great & different every day. Amazing hotel.
