Google Fiber Webpass

Absolutely horrible, I was a customer for 10 years and had much slow internet then what it was supposed to be. TEN YEARS. I was getting like 1/10 of the speed that it was supposed to be. The internet was relatively slow (I thought that that speed was what it was supposed to be) I only discovered this after having a technician come out and find out why my internet service kept disconnecting repeatedly. He said it was some issue on their backend that they never noticed or fixed for my unit. Upon fixing it the difference in speed was completely shocking. When I raised the issue they said the max credit they could offer was $50. 50 dollars for almost 10 years (120 months) of degraded service that was under what I was paying for, can you imagine? -1000000 stars

AJ & Ferruccio are great team. They helped us out with monthly resident social at 100/150 Van Ness + The WiFi is great.

Hands down the worst consumer internet experience I've ever had. From setup, to reliability, to support. Truly horrible. Think twice before leaving Xfinity...

GFiber Webpass is amazing. Every time I call, there's no wait time for me to get to a call rep who can resolve my issue promptly with detailed guidance. My interactions with the installation technicians have been nothing but quick and pleasant.

Excellent speeds. Installation process was great. We're very happy with the service, and the price is reasonable.

Absolutely insane. They price their yearly much lower than the monthly - but if you don't cancel the yearly after 60 days you must pay for the whole year. This means that if you have to move in the middle of your contract or something happens at day 61 they charge you for almost 300 days. Really negatively impacted my opinion about Google and the services they provide.
