horrible customer service got the run around for an hour, bounced around between weebly.com and square and neither of them helped me access my website. my login is fine my website just doesn't show up, there's no dashboard, no app, find another platform to create your website people.

I ordered a jumpsuit from it boutique using this address and unit number and I have not received it and I don't think that this really exists. When you call the phone number for Weebly they don't answer. They request a pin. They've taken my money and I have no merchandise. I would suggest you not use them. I am contacting the better Business bureau

Weebly has become too big for its boots now. Money has started to take over, service has been placed in the box. They had a great platform, flexible and easy to use. However, if you need some assistance, forget to solve your issue in a smooth timely manner. The system is set up to redirect you from human involvement, and when you do manage to send a message, you will be promised a note suggesting a quick response. Doesn't happen! If you need a site great, but I would advise keeping any services away from them. They will raise prices after the first year and they will make things awkward for you to move when you scale. Separate your accounts and make simple links.

Unfortunately, customer service has decreased significantly over the past year. It started changing even before I renewed my membership but I decided to stick with them in early March when my membership renewed because I didn't want to move my site over at the time. I've been a member with them for quite some time as I set up a hobby business. I had the highest paid membership. (actually I still have it because I'm stuck in it) In September, I contacted them about an issue I was having with photos not showing up on my site. A response took nearly a week, and was dismissed as me needing to clear my cookies, with no 'let me know if this works' 'please let me know if I can be of further assistance'. Just a dismissive response pointing the issue to me. It wasn't this because multiple devices saw the same issue. Since the new lower level of service did not match what I was paying for, I wanted a refund for the unused portion of my account. They refused. I'm changing providers and no longer recommending Weekly in my business coaching communities. Their service is horrible. It takes days or weeks for replies through email. I do not recommend going with Weebly when there are other more responsive companies out there. It sounds like this closely resonates with others' reviews as well.

Do NOT use Weebly/Square to build a website for your business. Once you've invested tons of time and effort into your site they will: 1) change the terms under which you do business in their favor. 2) takeaway the free support promised when signing up, and then forcing you into a paid plan to regain human support, or utilize a useless BOT support. Bottom line, once they have you on a hook they can and will make changes at will that can and will negatively impact the business you built using their platform. With no human being to discuss an issue with unless you pay them, you will pay a dear price for this. Just another unethical arrogant tech co hiding behind the digital curtain instead of dealing directly with customers that were promised free human support when establishing their business with the original Weebly. Simply stated, this is same "bait and switch" tactic used over 100 years ago only now it's digital.

Like earlier reviewers, our organisation's experience was that, even as paying customers, Weebly just don't answer emails about upgrading our plan, after 21 days now. Extraordinary. Giving them one more try via (yet) another email before exporting our free site via the Weebly-to-Wordpress app. The ability to take one's site elsewhere is the only reason for a rating above zero.

Weebly/Square. Square now runs Weebly. I was fully signed up to Weebly. I completely developed my website. Bad, bad experience from this customer; Weebly/Square terminated access to my johndinglerart.com website. No way to contact it. Phone does not respond except by telling me to visit this or that website. I do but customer service is unhelpful. Or when I click the "Edit Site" button, Weebly/Square show me only the "start from scratch" page which means to recreate the website and search and locate all of my content, some of it was available only on Weebly/Square. I should not need to do that. I should be able to log in like I did three weeks ago when I added some photos, but then Weebly shut down my sign in access.
