Website Design Company - Get Set Go Web Agency

I can't get anyone to return my calls. They took my money and left me stranded halfway through the project. Also as others wrote, they charged my card without consent and without notification for "additional work". No one will answer the phone or email. I don't know what else to do but contact the better business bureau.

If I could give a zero rating for this company I would. They are just money grabbing scams. Never respond to emails or calls, change agents without telling clients who will take over the account, Never respect the contract you signed with them, not transparent, just totally Waste of money. Stay away from this company. They are lucky they borders are closed due to covid19 otherwise I see them in court.

I don't know what is happening. But like other reviews here, No one answers my phone call and reply my emails anymore. It is very strange. I hope the company is doing OK, so, I can have my website finished or my money back...I started this project with them last year April, and I don't want to wait anymore...It is truly annoying.

Charles & Zaimah are highly disappointed with the sudden dead silence from this company. Adam is a misleading individual based off of what he promised. Steve is also misleading. They have sent me into a mild depression due to this thievery. I hope they have good lawyers.

BE WARNED!!! This company is a scam! They will give you a low price during the signing of the contract then every few days you will receive a call that they need more money. They will use a premade templet to create your website so your website will look very generic. They are very unprofessional and take a long time to respond. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!! EVER! Save your money and either build the website yourself or hire a real company.

I have paid over a 1000 dollars and no website yet and it has been over a month. This was not what I was promised in the beginning. I have been calling for days, emailing Adam and no response. My card was charged without my consent which is why I am getting my attorney involved. This was a disappointing and frustrated situation that no one should experience.

I'm a small business owner and designing a logo or website was never my cup of tea. But entire team there helped me understand the process. Every member of the team was helpful & making my experience amazing. Very happy with the end result. Highly Recommended!!
