Over the years I have tried several Internet providers, without much satisfaction. Changing to South Valley Internet was a significant improvement. I got their Optical Fiber service. The installers (Dan & Joel) were great, and the service is faster, and continuous, as opposed to my prior providers. When you call them, instead of reaching a worthless menu system, someone answers. Their staff is GREAT! I am VERY happy with their service.

I live near Morgan Hill, CA, in a remote area at the bottom of hills and have always had problems getting affordable and reliable internet service. After using several providers and technology options, I switched to South Valley Internet. They placed a wireless receiver on my roof. I have used their service for about 10 years. Their knowledge, personal service, and equipment reliability have been outstanding. Unscheduled down time has been rare (always weather related) and down time due to maintenance and service upgrades is usually scheduled days ahead of time. They have offered me service upgrades as new technology comes available. They have worked with me to diagnose performance issues, usually caused by my own setup. The staff has also been polite, eager to help, responsive to phone calls and email. I highly recommend this company.

I've tried a couple of wireless internet solutions for my property in San Martin and as far as I've seen South Valley Internet is by the far the best. Their sales and installation team was extremely friendly and had my internet up and running the next business day after contacting them. And I've had no speed or reliability issues in the 6 months or so I've been using them.

I'm surprised more people don't use this company. It was here when we moved in six years ago and we just kept the service. I read on Nextdoor how people have nightmares with the big name ISPs. South Valley never faltered during the pandemic when our usage skyrocketed including important virtual meetings, and more entertainment streaming. Good fast reliable service. Responsive when there are interruptions.
