After years of paying too much and getting poor service from a large company, my Church decided to search for a better internet / phone provider. I've had Etheric serving my home for 8 years with high reliability. After looking at other providers, Etheric came in with higher bandwidth and a service tailored to our needs, at half the price we'd been paying. Jennifer in sales was responsive, Jonathan and other technical people were superior. We're happy we switched!

I've been a customer for over 11 years now. I got Etheric Networks because where my home is - I had no other broadband providers at the time. Nowadays there are choices (like Starlink), but they don't come close to the quality, performance, and customer service that I'm getting from Etheric. This is a business grade service. It has been super reliable for me over the years, and the connectivity is very stable 24/7. Highly recommended.

Wanted to thank Etheric for the great service. Living in south county we have always had a difficult time getting reliable service. Since we switched to Etheric we are able to stream much faster and with fewer issues. The speeds have been very reliable and we couldn't be happier

We had to relocate our antenna recently due to growth in a neighbor's tree. George was our technician and he was great! It took a little fine tuning but he was able to increase our speeds. Thanks George! Bob

Etheric Networks is a Fantastic Internet Service Provider! We have had Etheric at our home in the San Jose Evergreen foothills for the last 5+ years and have been VERY pleased, especially when compared to all the other ISPs we have tried over the years. Our Etheric internet UP/DOWN speeds and latency is outstanding for our family of 4, even with 2 gamers in the house and working from home video calls going on simultaneously. Our line-of-sight internet service with Etheric has been so dependable that we decided to cancel our copper wired home phone service and just use Wifi calling (we do not have a good cell tower near our home). Customer Service/Tech Support at Etheric always answers the phone and is very helpful to resolve any issue we have quickly. I highly recommend Etheric Networks!

We have been with etheric for years. Just hardly ever had any problems. If outages occurred (rarely) they always get us back in service quickly. Price is great and customer service is always responsive and friendly. Can't miss with etheric
