AvantSpace Marin

Avant is, hands down, the best co-working space in Marin. There's plenty of quiet and comfortable space to work, lots of natural light, and it is very well appointed. The owners and staff are friendly and accommodating, and they've cultivated a nice (yet unobtrusive) sense of community. Hard to beat. Excellent workspace for me as a solo contract worker for a couple of years.

I absolutely LOVE Avant Space! I am a small-business-owner-working-from-home-mom and coming into the space has given me a much needed break from home a few days a week.The community is welcoming and friendly, the coffee is strong and I am always productive on the days I come in. I <3 Avant Space!

Great co-working and office space in San Rafael. The space is very well appointed, with plenty of space to get work done, collaborate and take private calls in the phone booths. They have flexible packages ranging from single days, to single months to longer packages. It was perfect for my use case for a month lease while my home office was out of commission, and a bonus for me was that it's dog friendly! Highly recommend if you're looking for a space in Marin.

the spaces are perfect! Both have space to fit any of your needs including large meeting rooms. The rooftop area in SF even has a firepit. Both spaces also provide coffee and drink stations. Sean and Mike were so helpful with reserving and on the day of our event. We were invited to a special event that they hosted for fleet week, which included food and drinks and a spectacular view of the blue angels. I have recommended them to several teams and individuals and all have provided positive feedback. Our team will defiantly use this space again.

I rented an office space for about 3 months and could not have been happier! It was a short walk from the train station. The space was very comfortable and clean. Mike was very nice and easy to work with. If I end back up in that area I will certainly rent again. I looked at a few places in San Rafael and this space was the obvious choice for comfort, cleanliness and accommodations.

We have been renting an office here for 6 months and it is a wonderful place to work with great people and great energy! I highly recommend.
