ClickAway Tech Repair & IT Services in Santa Cruz

I've been coming to ClickAway Santa Cruz since I retired in 2019, but today I have a story. They sold me a Dell computer five months ago, into which they put careful precautions and a lot of hard work. Unfortunately the computer itself had some flaws, not ClickAway's fault, but they brought Dell out to work on it and did some more fixes all under warranty. It was a difficult project, long hours were involved, and ultimately Jay and his colleagues made it right. I was humbled by the level of attention and detail that they paid to this project to get my situation corrected, and now I'm set. You can't get any better than that, in my long experience with all types and varying levels of quality of tech support. The Santa Cruz ClickAway team is the best!

I just had another great experience with Eric Dawson. He's helped me at ClickAway multiple times over the years with repairs, data transfers to a new computer and so on. Today he just succeeded in bringing my website, keithemmons.com, up again onto the Internet. After being there for ten years...it had completely disappeared. I'm so grateful. Thank you Eric!!

Speedy, expert, compassionate service. I walked in with a MacBook Pro I had destroyed by spilling tea all over it. On the spot, they diagnosed it, found that the hard drive was intact, and we ordered a new computer. In just a few days, including a weekend, they had transferred the contents of the hard drive and set up the new computer for me with a new external hard drive, connecting my email, and installing useful apps. The folks at Clickaway were calm, efficient, expert, and compassionate--both in understanding how being without one's laptop can cause panic and being compassionate about the fact that I'm older and not a digital native. So much better than going to the so-called Genius Bar, where the expertise is spotty and attitude abounds. I also felt better about spending my money on a local business.

These guys continue to ride to my rescue. They are my tech heroes, don't overcharge for their expert service, and most importantly, don't make me feel dumb for bringing them my problems. I highly recommend them!

Quick, Friendly and Very efficient experience. Angel had the right replacement for my older smartphone's cracked glass in the shop and fixed it within 2 hours. I can't imagine being anymore pleased !! I'll give Click Away a 7 !!

ClickAway has been my go-to computer place for years. They have provided excellent service, and built a gaming computer for me that came in right at my price point. Their staff is kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Wonderful!
