Cruzio Internet

Fantastic service from Cruzio. We are new to Santa Cruz and wanted to avoid AT&T and Comcast and their inferior broadband services. Our apartment building is certified for Cruzio fiber internet service so we signed up. It has been a wonderful experience since my first call to order the service. Everything was clear and organized. We scheduled the installation a month in advance because of our travels and Cruzio was very reliable and punctual to come on the agreed upon day to do the installation. The technicians that came were very nice and knowledgeable, because the building is "certified" for Cruzio it took less than 30 minutes to get Internet service up and running in our condo. (For those interested in the technical details the fiber terminates at the telecom closet in the building and a from the ethernet switch there are Cat6 cables to the units) The provisioning was easy and I installed our own WiFi router in the condo (Cruzio provisions service to an Ethernet RJ45 jack on the wall) Every aspect of working with Cruzio was a pleasurable experience. I have had a lot of internet providers over the years and by far, by leaps and bounds Crizio, hands down is the very best! I have been with them for 2 years and have zero complaints or concerns. From the day they came to do installation to date the service has been spot on! Their internet speed leaves Comcast and ATT still wondering what to do at the starting line. Their customer service is absolutely wonderful too! I am and will remain a loyal customer for as long as I live in Santa Cruz. Thank you Cruzio! You make life much eaiser for me!

I got tired of switching from provider to provider every other year, unhappy with the customer service of the big companies. I would call to find a resolution and they would often recommend that my problems would go away if I paid for a higher tiered internet option. I finally decided to break from that cycle, went local, and really glad I did. Cruzio recommended a service that fit the needs of my property and I finally have the interrupted service I've been looking for. Installation was quick and everyone has been courteous. I highly recommend Cruzio to anyone that is currently unhappy with their Internet service provider.

I switched from Comcast to Cruzio for my home Internet over 8 years ago, and I couldn't be happier! I saved huge monthly costs, and get friendly and fast local support. For all these years (pre-pandemic!) I work from home and rely on my Internet. And of course, we stream TV and music and use Internet for a wide variety of things. Swapppng to Cruzio from Comcast was a great decision.

After more than a decade of internet from giant corporate ISPs, Cruzio is a breath of fresh air. The cost is exactly as advertised with no extraneous fees, upload/download speeds exceed estimates, and on the rare occasions that something goes wrong, I can get an actual, local human being on the phone who will quickly get things fixed.

Amazing! The internet went down last night at our nineteen unit condominium complex. We called at 10:30 PM to report the problem. Some wonderful Cruzio employee came out LAST NIGHT LATE and got us up and running. Cruzio goes above and beyond any other company out there.

We brought our new Ipad in as, when we transferred from the old Ipad, the Cruzio email did not migrate. We arrived unannounced during lunch hour. The sole tech on duty, Sam, said he could help us right then. He did!!! He knew precisely how to handle the situation and we are once again happy emailers. Thank you Sam and thank you Cruzio for hiring him!!!

Just switched over and loving the wireless pro service. Since fiber seems a distant dream, I thought I'd go local and so far so good! The install (and installers) were top notch, and Jesus has been awesome with my questions before/after. I'm loving this local privacy conscious no cap company!!! *Update:* Sometimes you'll hear the honeymoon first review, and then nothing else. Well, here is something else! I had some trouble with speed. It was intermittent and could have been maddening if it weren't for their support staff. David was awesome. It always felt like he and the rest of Cruzio cared and took the issue seriously. We worked together through the problem, he kept me informed on what they were looking into, and their talented team found the issue and replaced a piece of defective equipment and brought me up to full speed. Thanks Cruzio!
