Maybe they are good for people who fit their platform and offer high quality service. But my initial inquiry on possibly migrating several sites, was met with rudeness and a dismissive response. I think its perfectly reasonable to ask to speak to a technical or sales team regarding platform requirements when you have several sites to move. But not in this case. The less than polite chat agent, decided in less than 2 minutes, that we are not a fit and that was that. Really rude. I will NEVER look at Skystra for hosting solutions, nor ever recommend them.

Skystra asked me to leave an honest review, so here it is. Been with them for about a year. No real issues, haven't needed to use their support much. My sites do load a lot quicker, so there's that. The person I dealt with on the phone was cool too. Nothing to complain about, my stuff works.

Came over from one of the largest hosting companies - thrilled with the move. Transition was super easy, everything was as-promised. It's maybe my best purchase of 2020 - just saves SO much headaches. I really appreciate a team that simplifies a foreign topic - you're in good hands with Skystra, and can just focus on developing your site. Awesome stuff.

These guys just have everything working and know what they're doing, some of the friendliest people and I talk to a lot of people in my business, these guys stand out for their proactiveness on everything. I was with the same hosting company for 15 years however couldn't stay because reliability got bad. I signed up to Skystra from a recommendation, the website migration was smooth and their team seems helpful. I am happy with my decision and reliability of my email and website have improved.

My client asked me to design their site and place it "on the cloud". I did a lot of research and asked my twitter groups who they recommend. Some recommended Skystra, which I reached out to. After a lot of questions, I was convinced to sign up to them for my client. So far, so good. My client is happy on their service, which means I'm happy.
