I hired Weezlabs for pre-development services with a contract value of $85K. $42,500 was paid as a deposit. The term of the agreement was 12 weeks, but never to exceed 16 weeks. They were unable to perform after nearly 24 weeks. Despite their failure to perform, they refused to return my deposit. The details of their failures are not important here, but the resulting dispute was arbitrated with ADR Services in Los Angeles. As the plaintiff, I recovered my initial deposit, interest, attorney's fees and costs. To the best of my understanding the company has converted to Distillery, operating at the same address with much of the same staff. For those of you that ignore my warning, be aware they don't develop locally. They send much of their development work to RusWizards located in Russia and then charge their customers at domestic rates.

Their project manager helped us work through several challenging user interface issues with solutions that greatly improved our product. The code that they delivered was always well-tested and timely. I whole-heartedly recommend working with this group of geniuses. Your project will be better because of WeezLabs' involvement.
