Islands Restaurant Seal Beach

I recently visited Island's Restaurant for only the second time, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The location was convenient to our hotel, so we decided to give it a try. Despite the busy atmosphere, we were seated promptly and the service was quick. Our server was not only efficient but also fun and helpful. Although they were out of the onion rings that I had my heart set on, I ended up sharing a delicious cheeseburger with my son. The fries were cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. I particularly enjoyed dipping them in their tasty BBQ and teriyaki sauces. The burger itself was seasoned perfectly and cooked just the way I like it. Overall, Island's Restaurant provided a great meal in a well-known establishment. I would definitely recommend stopping by for a casual and satisfying dining experience.

Happy hour 3pm to 6:30 pm. Very affordable drinks and food. Great burgers on the regular menu.

Popped in, & grabbed a bite at the bar. Very clean, staff was super friendly & attentive, had burger & fries, very fresh, generous portions, good cocktails, definitely recommend.

Burgers were great today, and I loved the tortilla soup (not expecting it to be extra cheesy) although the flavor was great I feel they left our soup sitting waiting for the main dish . I would have preferred to have the soup while we waited. Overall good experience, no wait time to be seated.

Delicious and big portions

There was 0 effort to make sure anything was correct. Ordered a burger, got the wrong burger. Instead of making a new patty just wiped off the mustard from it (could still see the mustard on the patty). Then ordered a chocolate lava cake to go, forgot to check it. We received the wrong dessert. Our server was very kind though.

We were told 25 minutes for a table and we waited 35. Then someone came to tell us it would be another hour and she would understand if we wanted to leave. My husband asked for some sort of raincheck coupon to come back another time and the girl laughed like we were joking. I'm sure they were having staffing issues but management needs to get it together.

Awesome food but the service here is amazing. Never had to ask for anything. Plates cleared water topped off ice teas refilled it's like they could read our minds
