This place is the best. The owner will go out of his way to help you as will everyone that works there. Been doing business with them for 15 years. If I could give them 10 stars I would. AND they are less expensive than like stores .... Is it free? No. If you need their services , they are the place to go.

On vacation and needed to print out a prepaid shipping label, just a label... Was told it would be $5.00 + a "printing fee" JUST TO PRINT A LABEL! No packaging or shipping cost, that is to print a single shipping label. Ridiculous price gouging, understand you have the right to charge what you want as a private business however in an era where reputation and customer service are paramount, taking every opportunity to take advantage of your customers won't get you far and your reviews reflect your poor practices. Time to look into some better business strategies. A three star average rating says it all... Response: As I acknowledged in my post... yes, you are a business. The two years it took you to respond are a testament to it being a poorly run business. If USPS can deliver my package across the country for $5 charging $5+ to print a single page label is unethical/exploitive at best. Good luck with your "business"

I went in to mail some gear via FedEx and was charged $80 for packaging (2 boxes, some tape and packing peanuts). I ended up having to take the package to a FedEx store anyways to mail it where they said that packaging should have only cost around $30. I was also quoted $240 for shipping (including packaging) when it was only $150 at FedEx (excluding packaging).

I love this place. Convenient and helpful. Smaller than FedEx but much more personable, so may have to wait a minute. Prices are what they are and no surprises.

Go elsewhere if it's important. The guy there is casual about details. Save yourself the trouble of having to return for the same thing over and over.
