I'd like to thank this company n their crew for keeping their customers informed n working very hard to keep all our electronics moving smoothly. Why someone would want to destroy their equipment is unthinkable n sad! But they prevail n keep on working hard! Thank you all for your service n hard work!

We have had this service for a year and a half. The last six months in particular have just been awful. My wife works from home and has to routinely drive to Starbucks to take or hosts calls because the service is out so often. Been incredibly frustrating and affecting her work. Not just us...every neighbor that uses them is about to lose their minds. We are now switching. Do not recommend for anyone that expects to have reliable internet and also pays more than traditional, faster providers.

These guys are a great company. The last few weeks they've been dealing with a major & unexpected issue. Almost the perfect storm you could say. The amount of stress involved with brining their clients back online & losing clients has been daunting for them. They've said its almost come to the end of the struggle & they'll be back to awesome.

Abysmal company. I thought Hughes net was bad. GCW is much worse. For the past 2 weeks we have had no internet with little to no response or help from tech support. Do not use this company. Edit: for those that live in the Woolsey canyon/box canyon area you can get t-mobile home internet service for half the price with much better connection and customer service.

Our company needed an internet provider for a couple years while the fiber lines were being installed. Satellite internet was the only option available to us. Go Creative Wireless came to the rescue. Not only was the implementation quick and easy but for 2 years we had very little issues, if any. And this was installed in a very windy area in Santa Clarita. Go Creative Wireless far exceeded my expectations. The speed was more than adequate and the reliability excellent. If you are in an area where satellite internet is your only option, look no further. Go Creative Wireless will make your life easy!

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I have been out of internet for the past 4 days with no end In sight and these people will not answer the phone or fix the connection. They take my money each month just fine and I have to use only a few devices at a time when the internet is working which is rarely. This company is a joke and they fired the one good person they had working there. Don't use them, do not even think about it

Horrible, poor excuse for a company. Internet has been down for MONTHS! They REFUSE to fix the issue, they want to charge me for TWO MONTHS of service, not provide the service, not fix the issue, AND pick up their equipment in 5 days when I still have to pay FOR TWO MONTHS!! They just want free money! RUN AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Great services and fast installation, we were waiting for ATT and Spectrum and they were unable to service our new office, finally we called Creative Wireless and they installed services the next day in the afternoon.
