ITM Computing

I really appreciate all the help I have received from Clyde. I've been going with ITM Computing for years. The most recent things are I got a new laptop that was totally loaded and he helped me install Tile. For those who don't know Tile, I highly recommend it.

I was in a real jam when the screen on my laptop stopped working all of the sudden, and like any good Mac user I went straight to the local "genius" bar to see if I could get it fixed fast. They quoted me a 10 business day turnaround and $400 dollars to fix my computer! That seemed like a lot of money, but my real problem was TIME!!! I am a small business owner who depends on his computer every minute of every day just to keep the doors open! I was lucky to have a friend who recommended me to ITM computing. I thought surely they just work on PC's but was delighted to find that they could totally fix my Mac. I made a quick trip down to their office to drop off my computer to see how they could help, they didn't have the part in stock, but they ordered it for me and called me when it arrived a few days later. On my return trip down to their offices, they disassembled my laptop and fixed it in ONE BUSINESS HOUR!!! Plus they applied the previous diagnostic fee to the repair. Unlike the drones at the Apple Store, these guys understand the needs of small business. They had me up and running again in no time! The team at In The Moment Computing really impressed me, and I'm sure they'll be the first people I call if my beloved mac ever runs into problems again.

I am so happy to have the speed of this new computer. Thank you so much. Your professional, calm, and pleasant demeanor made it a pleasure to watch and be part of. I had complete confidence in your ability to select the components that I needed and later move my information. I really appreciated your interaction to explain and demonstrate new software such as Last Password. The quick installation meant I have not lost any time, I wish I had done this sooner.

So easy to work with and they fixed in 10 minutes what Toshiba (my laptop manufacturer) and Verizon could not fix - and that was after spending a combined 3.5 hours with Toshiba and Verizon. UGGG. I also attended a ITM Webinar today about Google Docs and Google Calendar that was extremely helpful. Amazing how many free tools Google has for small business owners like myself. Thank you ITM for fantastic technical support. Iwill definitely recommend you to my friends and family. Well I already have, but I will continue to recommend you.

ITM Computing responded--even on a Friday evening-and sent out a very personable and competent representative on Saturday afternoon who solved my computer problems. I'm so glad ITM was recommended to me. They're going to be my go-to place for all my computer problems!

Excellent service. He came quickly upon request. Then, he diagnosed a problem with my computer with cost and time efficiency. I would definitely call him again if I have a problem. This was far better than the solution offered by staples to do a hard reset on my computer.

SUCH a giant help! I don't think I would be at this pool, making the most out of the weekend if it were not for your determination to get us back online earlier this week!
