I've not really used our newly installed Wifi and landline from SCTC (it's been installed as a backup for us for Starlink) - BUT - the experience from cold calling the office to the ultimate installation experience has been FANTASTIC. I was really upset when I called them for the initial estimate because the Starlink we have failed and we were told we'd be six weeks without Wifi, but the customer service and sales team handled me carefully and with respect and then the guys who came to install were kind and abundant and great to work with! I'm kinda of looking forward to the day Starlink fails again so I can really put the actual system to the test here!

Ten plus years and never had a disappointing experience. Office staff and tech staff top notch always. This is what"customer service " should always be! Rarely have any problems with downtime and I live in the country ! Recommend this company to anyone anytime !

I live out in a rural area and So Cal Internet has been my provider for many years and has been very reliable considering all the weather issues we have in the area. Problems with the internet are often times in the home generated by slow computers or Wi-Fi routers and I had to learn the hard way. Suzette has helped me so much over the years. I only have one level above the basic service, and it works really well with an updated computer and newer router.

I would like to say really great service as far as Wifi and home phone calls go. Even better Service when on the phone calls go. The way they treat you is the way all company's should. All company's should look at this one and this is the right way .I have never said this before but I AM PROUD TO BE A SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA PHONE COMPANY MEMBER.. I WAS NOT PAID TO TO SAY THIS.

I've been with SCTC for more than a decade. I signed on with a promo that paid for my dish. Coverage has been great, only having problems during storms that knock out the dish's alignment with the main tower, which is to be expected. It doesn't take long for a tech to find out and re-align it.

I live in a very remote mountain area so reception is difficult at times. I know a lot of people up here have 'Frontier and are regretting it. The thing about SCTelephone Company is their technicians are awesome and address any problems immediately!! I will stick with them as I know at least they try to make me happy and always address any concerns. I am a very satisfied customer!

They offer the greatest customer service I have ever had in my life, every time. I had their service for years, and although the product was just as good as many others, the price competive, but the customer service was so exceptional!! The only reason I left them was my leaving the state.

I am very satisfied with Southern California Telephone Company for our internet service. We've had very few interruptions, which are quickly resolved. Customer service is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!
