** After receiving an email from Ryan regarding my review, I am updating my review from a two star to a one star .** I've decided to stop working with adpros recently because I was not getting the results I wanted. Despite a two-year engagement, communication was infrequent. The cancellation process became contentious, necessitating legal intervention when my attorney and I believed they attempted to enforce an unauthorized renewal. After I paid to get my website back, when it was transferred to me on the same day, my Google Business page, which I had owned for many years before hiring them, was no where to be found on google. When I reached out to Ryan about the Google Business page, they claimed they never had access to it. This is hard to believe since they had previously added photos to the page and responded to one of my client reviews. In my opinion AdPros prioritized their interests over their clients.
