The store provides all the assistance you need for electronic repair or parts and information to build on your own. Gives me the feeling of the 90:s and early 2000 when I would go to FRYs for pc parts. Other than the parking situation you will not find a better store in the Diablo area.

Rizwan and his crew have been my computer guys for more than 20 years. I'm self-employed working on my computer so having people this good and reliable has been a lifesaver. CCI's done all my computer maintenance and repair and they built the desktop computer I use. That computer is better than anything I could have bought for the same price. I started using CCI computers 2+ years ago after having multiple IT support specialists who weren't giving me the service that I needed. Riz and his team are great. They are readily available to help with any issues that I have. They are knowledgeable and personable.

I had two disks in a RAID 5 storage array fail at the same time, which would normally be very difficult, if not impossible, to recover from. It took a couple weeks, but the tech at CCI was able to rebuild the array and save my data. It was not cheap, but the time and rates charged were entirely fair, in my opinion, for a difficult and time-consuming job. The proprietor, Rizwan, was honest and knowledgeable in both his assessments and estimates. If I had a computer networking or hardware problem that absolutely had to be solved, CCI would be my first call.

When something as important as your computer crashes or has an uncontrollable virus, you need a computer repair person that you can trust. Riz is that person! For all you ladies out there who are nervous like I was, be assured that your computer will be in good hands with Riz. He will explain everything to you. And he will make recommendations to make your computer life easier. It is important to work with someone who is personable when you are in high stress because of a non-working computer. Again, Riz is that person. Riz fixed my computer twice and I found him to be profoundly wise in computer and in the matters of life itself. I'm thinking that Riz is really a COMPUTER GURU. Take your troubled computer to Riz. You can't go wrong.
