West Hills Web has been providing our company quality services for about 2 years. During this time Mark and his staff have proven to be reliable and dependable. West Hills Web was recommended to us because they listen first and deliver second at a fair and reasonable price for the work product. Our website was originally built by another web developer with malfunctioning code, outdated plugins, lack of security, etc. Mark diagnosed the issues, and, in a couple, weeks had all the problems corrected. The next time we engaged West Hills Web was to replace the hosting company. In consequence, our account was shut down due to the hosting company's own financial issues, leaving us without the scheduled backups. As this was happening, the server crashed, and the website became unavailable. Mark stayed working during the weekend to restore all our files and get our website running again. He and his team did this even though West Hills Web wasn't open during the weekends. Having programming experience, I understand the many challenges facing this type of work.
