My wife and I called to cancel our service because there was a better deal with AT&T, the rep said if we renew, she'd apply a $300 amazon gift card or Visa card, and some mobile data card for free (our choice). The condition was that I needed to pay 6 months, no late payments, which I did, so I called them after 6 months, and lo and behold, they had no $300 gift card noted down on my account. Confirmed that I paid 6 months in a row on time, no promotion though, sorry. Shocker, right? This is no way to do business. Business is based upon trust, not lies. Record your calls with these people, or get names, and make sure they note things down on your account, otherwise they'll just keep getting away with bait and switch tactics. I'm highly disappointed and I've lost trust in Astound. Don't let this happen to you

Charged me for another month after I had canceled my service and returned the equipment. They say they can't find the charge, and that I'm wrong. Yet it's in my bank statement and now my bank is having to be involved and dispute the charge. Next I'm going into the office if nothing is resolved and no one is going to like that. Be smart, don't use Astound. Be s-mart.

Roberto was very helpful, honest and extremely nice! He did just about everything in his power to fix our home interent issue and then sum. 11 out of 10 work! Great Tech!

Roberto came out to move my internet service for me. He was very polite, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He was able do exactly what I needed and he did it in a quick time frame I would gladly have Roberto come out again if I ever have the need.

Daniel was AMAZING! He was so helpful and went above and beyond! I will be requesting him specifically anytime I need someone to come out! He was great and I couldn't be happier!

The tech was fantastic. Got six new receivers in, added more bandwidth, and after consulting with whoever he needed to, our monthly charge dropped from $500 to $140. Very professional and personable as well. Great job!

Our tech, Gilbert, got it done! I bought a remodeled home. Shortly after he arrived we learned that the company that remodeled it didn't add a cable outlet. I thought Gilbert was going to say we're out of luck. However, he turned to me and confidently said, "I got it." Sure enough he did what he had to do to fix the problem and get us some high speed internet. Thank you!

JB was my tech and he was very nice. He took the extra time to check my signal strength from outside and inside. My problem was resolved and he was tidy and timely. Great gentleman to deal with ! Thank you.
