I feel didn't get a real return on investment over the years. I just sold my practice and since was difficult to tell if the sale would go through I had to wait till papers were signed so could cancel accounts. They said need 30 days but under the circumstances I felt that was excessive to charge full fee since they knew I sold the practice. I let a contact know that I was selling the practice and would have nice to have been reminded that they need 30 days to remove the website. During the 30 days of letting them know of the cancellation of my website I am not sure what they had to promote since I was not practicing. Now they are telling me I could have called to switch to a different option, but with so many things that has to be done with a practice sale would have been nice if they offered it from their side. They also had my cell number on the website so people would call. I was puzzled as to why that was happening and had them change it recently. I was told I placed it on some form, yet since they update the Google Business Page wouldn't they make sure the website and Google page info matches up?

Dr. Burgardt is the best. Caring and explains exactly what he's going to do, so no fear of the unknown. His assistant is great, making sure you're comfortable through the whole procedure. Your choice of music and their humor make for a stress free outcome. Staff are very helpful with scheduling and payments. Give them a try, you won't regret it.
