They had all the products that were on sale. The whole rebate option for paper not cool because it's a lot of work for a few dollars. The other items are usually overpriced so I just go for sale items. Also, the line to check out was way to long it took an additional 10-15 minutes. It would be a 3.5 but that wasn't an option.

Sales rep was extremely helpful in assisting me with my purchase and helped me set up my on-line Staples account.
