We were having installation issues with a new piece of barcoding hardware we had purchased. We called Westtech and they had someone out to us within an hour or two, amazing fast service! Killian was able to assist with the issues and liase with the hardware company's helpdesk for us. It was a great help to get it sorted and we definitely will use Westtech again, great to know an affordable, fast, reliable service like this is there particularly for a small business like us that doesn't not have tech support on site!

I highly recommend WestTech company for all your IT needs. We used laptops for everyday work in the office and with a time they got slow. So slow I call mine own a Snail. I met Kenny and his lovely partner Rosie over for a coffee and explained what I need from my computer and same day received a quote for 2 different computer systems. Computers been delivered 3 working days after I placed an order, which was 2 weeks earlier than promised. Had a connection issues between 2 screens while setting them up, but Kenny answered to my queries same day and solved the problem.
