Outstanding customer service!!! I mistakenly called this location thinking they were the UPS hub in Canon City. They weren't but they spent time with me on the phone trying to figure out my UPS issue. They gave me a phone number to UPS in Canon City. All is good now. They definitely went above and beyond when it wasn't even their issue. 10 stars hands down! Thank you!!!

This store is great. It's 2 in 1. Full shipping capabilities plus all your printing needs. Staff is wonderful. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They can do anything you can dream up. They handle everything in the printing and shipping area.

All the folks at Master Printers provide personalized service. The posters and T-shirts we've had printed there our top quality at reasonable prices.

This company has done several print jobs for my fiance's business. One was a hat job. The others were tshirts. The HAT job had his business named spelled incorrectly. 20 hats. He was offered $2 off the next hat order. The shirts were $21.50 each. They printed the logo that goes on the back on the front on one of the shirts and nothing on the back. They offered him $3 off that shirt. A shirt that we will throw away. Do not use this company.

Very nice, helpful woman helping us. However, she charged us $6.87 to print 19 pages and kept change without asking.

Since I moved to Canon, I have absolutely loved my experiences everytime I walk in. It's a tight squeeze on a busy day but it usually just starts up some fun conversations! Tammy, Dee, Michelle, and Randy are so kind and thoughtful and go above and beyond to ensure your package is in tip top shape and work to find you the most affordable option they can. Dee even helped me create a gorgeous design for a custom hoodie I wanted for my son. He still wears it and loves all the compliments he gets. Always a joy to visit and say a quick hello even if I don't have anything to ship. Highly recommend this business for all your shipping and printing needs.
