Terrible customer service over the phone. The customer service representative was unable to answer my basic questions and didn't make any effort to get an answer. Not to mention once I received my order confirmation, it was incorrect so I will be spending time undoing what he did just because he was more interested in sealing the deal than listening to my needs as a consumer. I think I would have had a much more pleasureable and smooth experience setting my internet service up with the provider directly. There's no need for a fast talking, uninterested middle man when you can deal directly with the provider and have a better experience.

I don't understand this company. I have called umpteen times with no return phone calls from them. Are they for real??? I just get a mail box for an extension, not an actual person. I, too, was conned into buying a router I didn't need and am unable to return it bc I can't get a hold of anyone!!!!

The people has terrible communication. No understanding of the consumer. With the company they are all about money,not customer satisfaction. Also they hate refunding money that is owed to you. Beware if you could work direct with the service provider you are inquiring for please do. I still haven't received my refund

Phone number didn't even freaking work. Sleezy and shady in all accounts. Couldn't cancel all through time warner cable
