Living in a semi-remote area, we used to not be able to stream anything after 6 pm, and at other times would have buffering at all times of day. Since we switched to Xtream, we've never had connection issues, aside from a couple of weather-related outages during major storms that were communicated very quickly and resolved quickly. Also, the personal customer service has been fantastic as well. When we need help with anything, we can access someone live immediately and they're always happy to help. We highly recommend Xtream - they've been just awesome.

Xtream Internet service is absolutely the greatest Internet service. Their staff, from office people to people they have installing and maintaining their service outdside the office are all vey friendly and knowlegable. We were having trouble setting up a new smart TV at our house and they sent out a technician that walked us through the whole process with no problem and a smile on his face. The quality of or reception and reliability of Xtream Internet is exceptional.

We've used Xtream for four years. Whether connecting for work or streaming games or shows, our house is very happy with our service and speed. This company has impressed me. Customer service is GREAT, very personable and not a phone bank in another country. The internet service has been perfect and much faster than any other we have tried (our area is a tough spot). Keep up the good work!

Great service! We live in a neighborhood with limited internet options and Xtreme has been a very good option. Many neighbors have used competitors with poor results while we work from home with kids doing online classes no problem.

They have very limited phone hours, very rude, the manager is not helpful. This is the most expensive internet company and this building makes me do business with them. The answer for non working internet is that I was late. Paid it down to zero still no internet. Received another bill called them and she said the same thing. She literally said pay another month and then we can help you with technical support! This would be my third payment of 68.00 with no internet for six weeks. She's made 3 calls to me because I posted this. Still telling me to pay yet another bill for a service I haven't had since before Feb. 28. If I want answers to why I haven't had internet. This is what I was told last time and I don't like going in circles.

Your service has been exceptional, and has always kept me informed with very rare downtimes. Your staff is very friendly and there has never been a problem with our Internet Service. My wife and I rely on your service for both business and pleasure watching TV.

We stream our TV services plus several devices, phones, IPads, laptop. Leaving in this location away from cables, this is the best service we found in 20 years. Thank you XtreamInternet!
