ZING Website Design & Business Management Services

I am leaving this review about this company. They are very unprofessional, and they take peoples money after the account has been closed. I have talked with them about the charges and denied the charge even though my bank says it's been paid. I spoke to the owner, who told me that the account will be closed and that no more payments will be taken and they continue. This is not a company that I would do business with and highly recommend others to reconsider this company. I am going to post this review on every platform that I can so people are made aware. Their communication is horrible. I gave them a one star because I couldn't find anything less to give them.

Kevin and Halle have made this experience enjoyable. I have a professional, beautiful website that I absolutely love, and I could not be more proud of, and it was because of these two. I thought something like this would cost thousands upon thousands of dollars, and as a startup single person office, I was really intimidated with the process. I even toyed with the idea of trying to make my own website, which would have looked awful. Instead I have this gorgeous website for less than my water bill per month!

Skylar helped create such a stellar website for our family business. Such great detail, organization, and passion in their work !! Along with that, any little details we wanted added in were immediately uploaded. Cannot recommend this company more and look forward to using their help with any website needs !!

I needed a new website for my photography business and I decided to get a website with Zing. The process was so easy, and I have a designer that helped with the whole design of the website from start to finish. Their support team are angels and are very responsive to help with anything. 10/10!!! Update: It has been almost a year using Zing, and it is the best website I've had! Edits are easy, if I have a question, they are quick to respond, and their support team is AMAZING!

Man I have to give this review because of an employee name Kevin Krook. I mean long story short he first reached out to me maybe five six months ago seeing if I needed help with my web site, unfortunately I already had a website I was more concerned with my Google ad profile as he explained he doesn't get into that. The thing about this guy is is he took 45 minutes talking to me about what it is I'm actually looking to do even though he knew I wouldn't be hiring him. Who does that these days? 6 months go by he called me back today just to check in on how everything is I explained to him I am still having problems with my Google and trusting people to help me with it explaining how I wished he got involved with Google ads LOL again he spent another 45 minutes today trying to help me out with the issues I'm actually having on there. Again this guy knew that I would not be using him for his services. All I can say if you're looking for website design although I have not used his services I am about 99% sure that this guy would be the best guy to possibly go with. I use 99% because I'm fair and I know there is a possibility that he actually is a crook (no pun intended) but that would be the percentage I would feel comfortable rounding it up to.When I do ever decide to redo my website and upgrade it there is no doubt he is who I will be calling. Thanks again Kevin you're awesome man..

Worst company ever to do business with. I asked him for information about moving my business to a different company and what they did as they took down both of my websites and never said a word to me about it.. They absolutely suck at communication. Do yourself a favor, they're cheap and that's exactly what you get cheap service cheap designs. You're better off building one or not having one at all. I'd give them a zero star, but it's not possible.
