Extensive Networks

After being forced to give them my email and phone number to use the internet service at my apartment I start getting annoying spam emails and phone calls almost daily. Being that I gave them a relatively new phone number and an email not used for anything else and the fact that I don't give out my email and phone number unless absolutely necessary, I can say without a doubt they turn around and sell your data to others to harass you with scams and unwarranted advertisements. BE AWARE! If I could give a negative rating I would. Completely unacceptable.

If I could give this company a negative rating I would. They are extremely rude and completely indifferent to the needs of students living in student housing. If you call in an issue when the internet is not working, you can 100% guarantee they are going to tell you it is your router that is the issue. When you connect the internet cord from the wall port to your computer and the internet connection STILL is not performing, they still tell you it is your router that is the issue. Not to mention it will take a minimum of a week for them to even get someone to call you back about the problem. That is if you don't take further action. If you do not take further action to get them to help, who knows how long it will take for them to get in contact to fix the issue. Horrible service.

Absolute con artist. Jerry the owner will ignore your messages when your wifi is down, ask when you're working, and then only call while you're at work so he doesn't have to actually speak with you. My wifi cuts out a minimum of 3 times a day. Save yourself. Go elsewhere.

Horrible customer service--the Help Number is completely useless as indifferent and rude people answer the phone tell you that nothing works. They will use the same lame excuse every single time, like nothing is working right now, try again tomorrow, and maybe it's just your location. Also, the last person I called, they were beyond rude, getting upset with me for calling again about how nothing was working. Better off buying your own internet if you're stuck with this in student housing.

Quite possibly the worst wifi I've ever used. My apartment complex has us paying to the teeth to live here, yet can't provide adequate internet service. God please I hope this company burns to the ground :)

I have had better internet service on a military base than with this company. Any apartment business should really look at reviews than cost if they wish to keep residents.

My experience with extensive networks has been nothing short of horrific. Near identical to the other review STAY AWAY!
