Ting Internet

Aaron drove from the Centennial office to install our Ting internet in CO Springs and had great customer service. He went above and beyond to give us confidence in the service and products. So far we're very happy with it!

Customer service is trash. On hold for an hour, no call back, no chat pick up. Comcast is bad, but I wasn't expecting this from Ting. If you don't want humans answering phones, then your automated system better be on point. Yours is not. Also, don't "thank me for sticking with you" because I won't. Your service isn't any better than Xfinity, which is sad because Ting was great for the last year.

This company uses their utility easements to do sloppy work damaging property. They punctured my water meter pit which led to a catastrophic flood in my home. Took no responsibility. They are incorporated in Canada so don't even show up on the BBB website. Sent an "engineer" in a suit with 3 heavies to address my concern and wash their hands of the situation. Terrible. Beware.

Recently got fiber and it's been so much better than my previous service specifically way faster speeds and no downtime at all so far, I'm glad to have made the switch & am excited for what the future brings if this is what it's going to be moving forward.

There are often issues with quality of signal and when you contact support they threaten that if they don't find an issue when they come out you will get a $150 charge. Truly terrible service. Just looking for answers for continued disruption in the quality of their product and they have been extremely unhelpful.

At first we were very happy with Ting. It is not as easy to get a real person when calling customer service as I had hoped. In fact I have called customer service several times and never got through so did it via email. I am not techy at all but doesn't seem much faster than our Xfinity. But worse is that when we are streaming TV we lose connection 3-5 times in a 1 hour show. I wrote in about the problem and never heard back so I am going to a live event to try and talk to them in person. The set up was great, they were clean, replaced the grass great but its annoying to lose the connection that often during a show.

We've had ting since they came into our neighborhood & have loved it. Now, even more than ever! We had a tree removed from our property & they accidentally cut the ting line. They scheduled to come out the next afternoon. Not only did the crew show up early, they had the issue fixed & us back on line super fast. The local crew in 80112 is amazing. Courteous guys, great attitudes & they showed getting us back on line was a priority! Thanks guys, we appreciate you & your dedication to providing EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Just completed the first portion of our Ting fiber install. The service tech (Aaron Torrez) was not only polite and professional, he also took the time to listen to my concerns and thoughts on what made the most sense on where the box was installed on our house. The installation looks great inside and out and if this is any indication of what the customer service with Ting will be like moving forward, I can't wait to see what the future holds with them as our internet service provider. Thanks again Aaron, you were a pleasure to work with and someone I hope Ting has working for them for a long time.
