First-time experience with COMPU10, and it was the best thing that I did for my computer. They did above and beyond their duties. My issue was water damage and they got work right away, and even did overtime for my issue. They have 30+ years of IT experience and Cyber security work-- all ready to assist you. They were very polite, passionate, and had much wisdom to share and made myself all that more aware-- of any future issues that may arise. I had my computer ready to go the very next day. Gary and Natalie work a very good team.

Great people at COMPU10! Took my computer in for diagnostic and they found some significant issues. They easily could have made money on repairs, but instead provided documentation so I could submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer. Honest work at a fair price.

I brought my PC to get fixed by them. They were able to do a full repair in a day and get it back to me ASAP. They were willing to give me some tips on my computer build and tips on how to properly maintain my PC in the future and that was very appreciated. They were super nice and friendly and I had a great time just talking to them.

" Amazing family and absolutely trusting and incredible " As a new gamer I wasn't sure what to do when I damaged my PC I searched everywhere for places to trust to get my PC fixed and one day I landed on this shop, I was extremely nervous and in tears handing over my PC because as a first time gamer I wasn't sure if they could fix it and be affordable, the family over at this shop reassured me they would do their absolute best to fix the problem and knowing they are a gamer family made me at ease trusting them to fix my Problem, not even 24 to 48 hours later I get a call saying they brought my pc back to life and it was 123$ fix. I cried joy knowing it was quick and affordable this family brought back my joy of having my PC again and I've waited months to give this review and the work they did to it is still holding up great! Been here once in person, great people! And another time I called over the phone with my issue and they took the time to walk me through a few steps to isolate the problem. Both times have been great.

Had an issue with my laptop shutting off when I plugged it in to charge and not turning back on. Took it to Compu10 and Natalie and Gary were very communicative throughout the entire diagnostic and repair process, making sure to give me updates as things went on, even going as far to send me photos of the inside of my laptop. They both were super professional and a joy to work with, making the whole thing less stressful for me. They took great care of my laptop, making sure to stress test it to ensure it would run well for me later. I'll absolutely bring it back to them if I run into anymore issues.

They did a good job with putting all my purchased parts together and making sure everything is running well and looking clean.
