Working with Infront has been a great experience. They designed a new website for me which I absolutely love. They worked with me on how to use the software for updating the site so I can do that myself instead of paying someone else. They gave me tips on how to improve my google ranking and have been responsive when I call or email with questions. Finally, I felt the price was competitive and very fair.

Infront Webworks is a professional company that does what they say they will do. In today's business climate there is a lot of over-promising and under-delivering so I could stop with the first sentence of this review and it would be adequate, but I will add to it because of the exceptional services this company delivers. Infront is the second largest company of it's type in our city. I spent a lot of time vetting the larger company and felt Infront was a better fit. I have never looked back! Infront has a remarkable customer retention rate, and from a customer's view, I can understand why. They go "above and beyond" in helping their clients be more successful. Everyone at Infront is so nice and ready to help. I had quite the experience before I called them. Right away I felt and knew I was going to be taken care of. I'm so happy I called them. I love working with Infront Webworks. They are very attentive during the design process and the websites look awesome. Additionally, the content management system they offer is the best I have ever used. It is powerful and user friendly. After changing jobs and moving out of state I still use Infront for my web design and hosting needs because I simply couldn't find another company that could even come close to offering the same product and service as Infront. Once you experience their Siteworks CMS you'll never be able to use anything else. Tech support is great as well.

Outstanding customer service. In a time when personable customer service is at a premium, Infront delivers. I had a difficult issue (my fault) with my email account, which Infront hosts. I utilized their user-friendly online troubleshooting report process, and they immediately called me as soon as they received the ticket. Everyone was incredibly prompt and responsive to fix the problem. In the 2 years that my company has used their hosting services, they have made themselves readily available via email or phone at many hours. Very refreshing change from the online chat or automated services that you may get with other larger hosting services.
