After being approached by Nick numerous times about switching from DexMedia for our website design, we had a bad experience with Dex and decided to take him up on the offer. As a rural small business, we aren't tech savvy when it comes to things like websites, so we didn't have options other than Dex at the time we set it up. We are in LOVE with our new website. We were able to choose a template, add information we wanted, and the team provided pictures including aerial drone video. The best part is our customer response. We were not receiving emails from the dex website for our customers to contact us. Dex had also without our consent set up an "appointment" option that was never forwarded to us. So we were getting calls saying, "I scheduled an appointment online, but no one has called me". The entire process with Nick was smooth and we were informed at all times of what was going on. It is not an overnight process, but the results were absolutely 5 STAR!! Can not say thank you enough to this team for helping us create a better, well managed, website!

Nick has hosted our website for several years. He does a great job. Not only does he host and maintain the website, he assists with Microsoft Office software problems. He answers the phone and responds quickly.
