Very responsive to our needs. We switched to Customer Scout several years ago and have never looked back. It can be a daunting task, finding a decent SEO company for automotive and OEM "preferred" has failed us many times in the past: Customer Scout has NEVER failed us, quite the opposite. Their expertise pushed us past all other dealers in our saturated market, even the Groups with multiple stores in our brand. My only regret is not finding out about them before we spent tens of thousands of dollars on inferior SEO companies. I HIGHLY recommend them if you are not dominating page 1 of organic searches
